The first time I had this dish I was pretending to be broke on Orchard Street in Singapore and I fell in love with it… remained my favorite dish at Chinese Eateries in Thailand, Hong Kong and Malaysia too
And there is Hawker Chan in Singapore which has a Michelin Star for their Chicken and Rice… I have stood in line in both the outlets.. and tasted at both I liked the taste at the more rustic stall.
